Banana Bread Cobbler

Banana Bread Cobbler
Ingredients
For the streusel topping:
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
For the filling:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions
To make the streusel:
Stir together brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in oats and pecans. Set aside.
To make the filling:
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease an 11x 7dish.
Whisk flour, sugar, and milk just until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Top with banana slices and streusel topping. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
