One imperfect step after another

We must constantly remind ourselves that He is God and We are not.

Jeffrey R. Holland

Thanking God in your trails turns burdens into Blessing.

Don't let your faith dim in the storm of life.

There is no one perfect way to be a good mother. Each situation is unique. Each
mother has different challenges, different skills and abilities, and certainly different children what matters is that a mother loves her children deeply.

M. Russell Ballard

Sometimes we confuse differences in personality with sin. We can even make the mistake of thinking that because someone is different from us, it must mean they are not pleasing to God. This line of thinking leads us to believe that the Church wants to create every member from a single mold–that each one should look, feel, think, and behave like every other. This would contradict the genius of God….It also contradicts the intent and purposes of the Church of Jesus Christ, which acknowledges and protects the moral agency with all its for reaching consequences of each and every one of God’s children.

Let us never lose sight of our Advocate and Redeemer as we walk toward Him,
one imperfect step after another.

Dieter F. Uchtdorf

This is a simple but critical lesson to learn. When stress levels rise, when distress appears, when tragedy strikes, too often we attempt to keep up the same frantic pace or even accelerate, thinking somehow that the more rushed our pace, the better off we will be. If life and its rushed pace and many stresses have made it difficult for you to feel like rejoicing, then perhaps now is a good time to refocus on what matters most.

Dieter F. Uchtdorf

If we have faith in Jesus Christ, the hardest as well as the easiest times in life can be a blessing.
Henry B. Eyring

Those who walk with God, always reach their destination.

“Ask yourself, 'How did God bless me today?' If you do that long enough and with faith, you will find yourself remembering blessings. And sometimes, you will have gifts brought to your mind which you failed to notice during the day, but which you will then know were a touch of God’s hand in your life.”
Henry B. Eyring

I know now, Lord, why you utter no answer, You are Yourself the answer.

C.S. Lewis
