Twice Blessed
In a gospel full of magnificent beauty, perhaps the concept of forgiveness is the most beautiful gift of all. It is a divine grace, bestowed in its purest form through the Savior's Atonement and available to each of us daily as we receive and extend mercy. And each single instance of forgiving immediately becomes a double blessing, touching both the person who forgives and the one who is forgiven.

one with who you are
"The joy of Being, which is the only true happiness, cannot come to you through any form, possession, achievement, person, or event through anything that happens. That joy cannot come to you ever. It emanates from the formless dimension within you, from consciousness itself and thus is one with who you are" Eckhart Tolle

Find your peace
Ego says, "Once everything falls into place I'll feel peace." Spirit says, "Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place."
Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those thongs and still be calm in your heart.
Buddha
"God promises to make something good out of the storms that bring devastation to your life."

it's not just ok to edit, it's essential
Make sure you don't start seeing yourself through the eyes of those who don't value you. Know your worth even if they don't.
Sometimes life knocks you on down. get up, get up, get up!!! Happiness is not the absence of problems, it's the ability to deal with them.
At the end of the day, let there be no excuses, no explanations, no regrets.
Life doesn't get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient.
This is my life This is my life... my story... my book. I will no longer let anyone else write it; nor will I apologize for the edits I make.

"No" is a complete sentence.
When you say no and you mean no
and the other person regardless of whether it's in a situation where
somebody wants to attack you or a situation where somebody want you just
to change your opinion, when you say no
and the other person continues to say no no no let me do it or no no no it will be okay, you should think immediately not how do I make it nice how to make it better but immediately think why is this person trying to control me because no is a
complete sentence.

Fear is a reaction courage is a decision
Do not live out of reaction, rather respond to a decision in the best way that represents who you are.
Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.
Sometimes the fear won't go away, so you'll have to do it afraid.
Courage is the commitment to begin without any guarantee of success.

disappointment
Sometimes we create our own heartbreaks through expectation. We should have expectations, but and there is a big but, we are all human with human flaws. Disappointment is one of the most familiar feelings, disappointment in one's self, disappointment in other's. Disappointment will happen.
You can't just give up on someone because the situation's not ideal. Great relationships aren't great because they have no problems. They're great because both people care enough about the other person to find a way to make it work.
When someone does something wrong, don't forget all the things they did right.
You can rise from the ashes of your life
"In the end, I believe it's why we all suffer. It's the meaning we all look for behind the tragedies in our lives. The pain deepens us, burns away our impurities and petty selfishness. It makes us capable of empathy and sympathy. It makes us capable of love. The pain is the fire that allows us to rise from the ashes of what we were, and more fully realize what we can become. When you can step back and see the beauty of the process, it's amazing beyond words."
Damien Echols

What you allow is what will continue
No amount of guilt can change the past
and no amount of worrying can change the future.
Guilt is anger directed at ourselves at what we did or did not do.
It all begins and ends in your mind.
What you give power to, has power over you. If you allow it.
The moment you asked for forgiveness, God forgave you.
Now do your part and leave the guilt behind.
The mind replays what the heart can't delete.
