Chop or dice the following:
Roma Tomatoes
Olives black and/or green
Cucumbers
Green Onions
Red bell pepper
Orange bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Avocado, Cilantro (keep separate and add only when ready to eat)
*Optional add minced garlic and jalapeno
Cover with enough chicken broth and lime juice to make a nice chilled soup.
