Strawberry Cream Puff Pastry Before
Strawberry Cream Puff Pastry Lacing

Ingredients
Pillsbury Crescent Seamless Dough Sheets
8 oz package of cream cheese at room temperature
½ cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ lb of fresh strawberries hulled & sliced
2 tablespoons of Smuckers Strawberry Jam
Egg white wash

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and spray your baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
2. Cream the package of room temperature cream cheese with a hand mixer and then add the sugar, egg white and vanilla extract. Cream these together.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium to high heat add in the hulled and sliced strawberries with 2 tablespoons of Strawberry Jam. Stir these until the jelly has mixed into the strawberries and the mixture has combined together.
4. Spread out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and serrate the edges of the dough to create side fro braiding.
5. Place a layer of the cream mixture topped with the strawberry mixture and braid the dough over the mixture.
6. Brush each pastry with the egg white wash {egg white & a bit of water}.
7. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
