White Brownies

2 cubes butter (or margarine)at room temp
5 cups sugar
10 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 cups flour


Preheat oven to 325˚. Spray large jelly roll pan. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, mix well. Add salt and vanilla and mix. Add flour one cup at a time until well mixed.  Pour into large jelly roll pan and bake for 1 hour. Let cool before cutting.
