Lemon White Chocolate M&M Cookies

 
 
Lemon White Chocolate M&M Cookies
Yield: 2 dozen
Ingredients
·        18.25 ounce box lemon cake mix (JUST the dry mix)
·          2 eggs
·          1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
·          1/4 cup flour
·       1 cup white chocolate M&Ms
Instructions
1.    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
2.    Reserving the M&Ms, mix all ingredients together until dough forms.
3.  Stir in the M&Ms.
4.    Scoop dough by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
5.    Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
